Due to the nature of the product, Elahni Scents generally does not offer refunds. However if you are dissatisfied with your product, I'd love to provide a solution to keep customers happy. Please ensure you read the candle care instructions before lighting your candle and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. 

Shipping Time

Orders may take up to 1.5 weeks to ship and 1-7 days to be delivered from the shipping date. Totaling in up to 2.5 weeks for delivery from time of purchase. Elahni Scents is a one woman shop, thank you in advance for your patience while your items are being fullfilled.

Extreme Temperatures

Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot and cold temperatures,
which I take into consideration when determining shipping dates. Therefore, shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.

Damaged in Transit

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me via the contact page immediately. I will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items.

These photos will be required for me to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by
Elahni Scents at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.

Shipping Promotions

Elahni Scents will generally use USPS or UPS to ship, however the least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out.

Eco-Friendly Shipping

Elahni Scents makes a conscious effort to use eco-friendly packing
materials when feasible and do best to refrain from using plastic.

Your candle was made with love and natural products, requiring some extra TLC

• Tilt candle when lighting to ensure entire wick holds flame
• Keep away from drafts, fans etc
• Dried leaves and additional toppings are flammable. Do not leave unattended
• First burn needs to last 1.5-4 hrs or until wax melts to edges of jar. Candle will not work optimally if instructions are not followed
• After the first burn, trim burnt piece of wick before following burns (about 5mm of wick should remain). This is an important step as it keeps the candle from going out and prevents occurrence of  black smoke
• Candle should not remain lit for more than 4 hours per burn for saftey purposes, and to maximize burn time and scent throw
